2 packages (6 oz. each) of Tyson oven roasted diced chicken breast
3 cans (14 oz. each) great northern beans, undrained
1 jar (16 oz) salsa
1 block (8 oz) Monterey Jack cheese with jalepeno peppers, cut into chunks
2 tsp. cumin
In a slow cokker, combine chicken, beans salsa, cheese and cumin; stir to mix and simmer for 3 to 4 hours on high.
